Install Softaculous & Backuply

Before start the instalation need to buy the Softaculous License from Our License Store & the Backuply License from Our License Store

For a fresh or newly deployed server, we recommend installing Softaculous & Backuply using the official Trial License. This ensures that the latest official Softaculous & Backuply packages and repositories are installed correctly.

The trial license is activated automatically during the CLI installation process. If your server’s IP address is eligible for the free trial, follow the steps below to install Softaculous & Backuply using the trial license and then upgrade it to your purchased license.

1. Install Softaculous & Backuply (Official Trail Version)

wget -O install.sh https://files.softaculous.com/install.sh
chmod 755 install.sh
./install.sh

Install Only Softaculous without Backuply (Official Trail Version)

wget -O install.sh https://files.softaculous.com/install.sh
chmod 755 install.sh
./install.sh --no-backuply-server

Then, Follow the step on CLI

Finaly, Finish all kind of update & plugin install as per requiered as your OS or Web Hosting Contrel Panel

2. Active the License (Reliablea License)

bash <( curl https://api.reliablelicense.com/bash.sh ) softaculous; ReLivesoftaculous

This comand active both Softaculous & Backuply if Backuply already install in the server. Otherwise only Softaculous license active

If your server’s IP address is not eligible for the Softaculous & Backuply Free Trial, follow the steps below to install LiteSpeed Installer to install & active the license:

bash <( curl https://api.reliablelicense.com/bash.sh ) softaculous; ReLivesoftaculous

Troubleshot

Before starting the installation make sure ionCube Loaders are enabled

cPanel

For that go to WHM and click on Tweak Settings. Please make sure that the Ioncube loader is selected for the backend copy of PHP. For more details, Please follow the Official Docs

Directadmin

The Ioncube loaders will be enabled by Softaculous itself for CentOS but if you are using any other OS then please follow these two steps to enable Ioncube:

• Download the required Ioncube file and rename the file to ioncube.so
• Place the file in the following directory

/usr/local/directadmin/plugins/softaculous/ioncube.so

Plesk

Connect to a Plesk server using SSH. Run the command below:

plesk bin php_handler --extension-install ioncube_loader -id plesk-php81-fpm
